Founder of Stardust Soul.

Originally from the UK, I somehow ended up building a life on the other side of the world here in New Zealand, in a little cottage by the beach with my dogs, my girls, and an endless fascination with the ocean, sunsets, pink skies and the way light changes everything.

Before Stardust Soul, I spent years travelling the world as a marine biologist, diving remote coral reefs, exploring tropical islands and collecting stories in some of the wildest and most beautiful places on Earth.

I think that's probably where a lot of this began. Saltwater in my hair, stories in my bones, and a deep feeling that life is meant to be lived fully, curiously and connected to something bigger than ourselves.

One of the greatest adventures of my life has also been raising my two daughters, Daisy and Tallulah, surrounded by sea air, creativity, animals, adventure and the occasional beautiful chaos.

Somewhere along the way, I took up skateboarding as an adult, which unexpectedly became one of the biggest teachers of my life. It taught me about resilience, trust, courage, falling down, getting back up, and reconnecting to myself again and again.

Stardust Soul was born from a love of beauty, connection, healing, creativity, storytelling, and coming back to yourself beneath all the noise of the world.

For me, it's never been about perfection or pretending to have life figured out. It's about resilience, reinvention, and finding your way back to your own spirit again and again.
